VACUUM FORMING

From concept and design, prototyping through to production we produce high quality plastic components cost effectively
The inexpensive tooling cost and rapid turn around of products combined with the ability to manufacture large components makes Vacuum Forming a very economical viable process for some plastic parts.
Vacuum forming is a technique of turning flat plastic sheet into a three dimensional shape using a mould tool.
Sheet plastic is heated to make the plastic malleable, following this the plastic is stretched over the mould tool and a vacuum is created as air is removed from the machine.
The vacuum around the tool forces the plastic to cast itself upon the tool to produce the required shape and thickness
Excess material can be removed by our CNC machines, then the component is ready for the next stage of the process, whether that is additional assembly or delivery to the customer as a finished component.
INJECTION MOULDING

LASER CUTTING & ENGRAVING
We can offer state of the art laser cutting.
Laser cutting allows great flexibility and top quality. Leaving an edge with a high-quality surface finish. The accuracy tolerance for positioning is +/- 0.1 mm.
